The questions your security team will ask.

Your data stays in your warehouse. Myriade connects with read-only credentials. Apart from AI use ; if self-hosted, nothing leaves your infrastructure ; if using Myriade Cloud, only metadata & conversations history are stored.
The AI receives: table names, column names, data types, and small samples. It uses this to understand your schema and write SQL. Full query results are processed locally, not sent to the LLM.
By default, we use Anthropic Claude. Our agreement includes zero data retention. Prompts and responses are not stored or logged by Anthropic. You can also use your own LLM provider.
No. Your data is never used for training. Not by us, not by our LLM provider.
Not yet. We're a 5-person team focused on product. We're happy to complete security questionnaires and sign DPAs.
Yes, we provide a Data Processing Agreement on request.
Yes. All queries executed by Myriade are logged with timestamps, user, and full SQL. Logs are exportable.
By default, no. Myriade only reads from your database. Write or modify operations are disabled unless you explicitly enable them in your configuration.
Yes. Enterprise customers can bring their own LLM provider (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.) and use their own API keys.
We support SSO via SAML and OAuth (Google, Microsoft, Okta, ...). For enterprise deployments, we can integrate with your existing identity provider.
Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant. We process minimal data, don't store it longer than necessary, and provide DPAs on request. For self-hosted deployments, your data never leaves your infrastructure.
